How to set an release your traps!

36
Year:
2015

I want to run over an break down the concept of a "trap" an show people how awesome they are!
- we would start with chi rolls because if you take a simple chi am turn your waist frOn side to side you create the trap by changing the spinning direction of the staff.
- after that is understood we would try to take away the hand when you get to the maximum amount your waist can turn an use your body to throw the staff back. Now they know they can do that anywhere with the applied force :)
- then we move on to the hard stuff.
