Desert Willow

Desert Willows interest in circus arts started as early as age six when she learned to ride a unicycle. In her 11th and 12th year she attended Wavy Gravy's Camp Winnarainbow where she studied stilt walking, unicycling, spanish webs and clown philosophy. It was at age 12 that she discovered and fell in love with poi.

Since then her love for fire dancing, and the art of prop manipulation has only grown. Today she continues to immerse herself in what she loves, reveling in the art of fire, flow and dance. Four years ago she fell in love with hula hooping and most recently added fire fans to her collection of instruments. She has been eager to share what she's learned since the binning and for the past four years she has been doing so professionally, instructing and performing at an array of events in Ohio, California, Nevada and Kentucky thus far. For Desert Willow fire dancing isn't just a creative release, but a meditation and passion that she wishes to share with the world.
