Learn how to incorporate sustained spinning into your hoopdance in this workshop. We will cover how to build tolerance for sustained spins as well as using sustained spinning in your flow. We will gently introduce the act of spinning to avoid major queasiness, but a water bottle and a blanket to rest on is highly recommended ass frequent breaks will be offered.
