Sustained Spinning & On Body Stalls

In this class we will learn how to suppress dizziness and nausea, two main hurdles in developing a sustained spinning practice. We will go over various techniques for single hoop on and off body, including on body stalls at the waist, chest and head. We will play with body lines from traditional dance technique to add visual flair to our spinning.
